Thank you for your prayers!  From Steph:

Hemoglobin is 9!!!!!!!!

Headed back to Aflac today. No rituxamab right now. His
body seems to be responding to the steroids.

The night was good, slept most of the night. Just resting
now.

Hope to update later with more good progress!  Thank you for the prayers!
