Change of seasons

Posted: March 5, 2013 by Kat in Uncategorized

As the seasons change, emotions and memories resurface and the pain is newly raw. Please take a moment to share your prayers with Stephanie and Jon through emails or cards. The healing power of prayer is indisputable and for many of us, that’s all we can do. Thank you and know that you are making a difference.

  1. Sandee Wilson says:

I know we should not dwell on things we cannot change, but the loss of your child is the hardest pain to get anywhere close to getting over it. I lost my son 6 years ago, but I always think of him fondly many days of the years. He was such an intricate part of my life. I ask God to help on the empty days when all I can do is cry…………………….he knows everything about us, he provides the bottle for the tears, so that one day we will no longer try to fill it up – Hallelujah we will be in a Glorious place with our children and loved ones. No more sorrow, no more tears, it will be wonderful. I thank God for the prayer warriors all over the world, and please count me as an unknown friend, but a faithful servant, and I will pray faithfully too, it will pass, and the happy memories will return. I know!! In Christ, Sandee Wilson – Dothan, Al.

  2. Becky Oliver says:

    Jon and Stephanie,

We want you to know we continue to pray for both of you. I know how much you miss Creed. He was such a special little fellow who will always be remembered. I know the tennis tournament this past weekend was a bitter sweet event. We saw a couple of pictures that Chas posted. We pray for God to give you comfort and peace each day as you miss your precious one. God Bless you both and your families!

    Love In Christ,
    Becky & Howard Oliver

  3. Jeanie Gregory says:

I also pray that our Heavenly Father will wrap His arms around you and draw you close and breath His Sweet Peace upon you! And pour His healing salve upon your broken heart!! At times when I need Him most I close my eyes and see His face & KNOW He is there for me!! My oldest daughter also fought a fight with illness ~Lupus~ and after 11 years God gave her rest. It has been 20 years ago & sometimes it seems like yesterday. But I KNOW that God has it all under control, even when I miss her the most. I felt the burden several years ago for Creed and you! In my heart I share your burden & pain, but I know one day! And looking forward to it! God Bless you fully during this time and times to come! You are NOT ALONE! We all love you and will stand in the gap & pray when you can’t!

  4. May God bless you and may he hold you in his arms and comfort you as you go through this difficult time in your life. I pray for peace and comfort and happy memories for you.

  5. Hilda Wiggs says:

May God in His amazing love and grace be with you each day
Words can not do what God can do and my prayer is that you will feel His presence with you each day

You are loved by so many and we will always remember Creed who touched our lives in so many ways
We are thankful for you and Creeds life and are better people by having known Creed

Dear Lord right now be with Stephanie and may she feel you there with her each day
May your blessing touch her life today Amen
